END OF POCKET CARD

This card is the complete grip system in 1 page. Print, fold, carry. Continental is home base. Semi-Western is forehand. 5-second reset. Baby bird β†’ Slingshot stone β†’ Wrist lock. You can print it, carry it, and reference it in Surrey. You'll play tennis instead of searching for the grip. 20+ years of tennis starts with 1 card.

Start today β€” print the card, fold it, put it in the side pocket. Before every match, read one section. During the match, use the 5-second reset. After the match, pick one cue to focus on for next time. In 4 weeks, you'll see the grip shift from "searching for the grip" to "already having the grip."
